Overview
TeleClasses are a great way to support your ongoing learning. TeleClasses are live, interactive training/development sessions conduced over the telephone using a teleconferencing bridge system. TeleClasses cover a multiple of subjects and provide valuable insight and strategies to support your personal and professional development. TeleClasses are convenient and affordable.
How Does It Work?
Each TeleClass is facilitated by a trained leader. The TeleClass leader begins the call by reviewing the etiquette for the call. The first few minutes of the session are spent by the facilitator providing an overview of the session, providing instructions on how to get the best out of the session. Similar to a live seminar in that participants receive information through the lecture component of the TeleClass and can ask questions (through on line chat or phone) to the facilitator.
How Long Do TeleClasses Last?
TeleClasses usually run 60-90 minutes in total
What Topics Are Covered?
Topics cover a range of "real life" business challenges inclusive of conflict, time management, communications, and many other areas. A Tele-class facilitator leads the call by providing strategies to address a specific area of focus; participation throughout the Tele-class is encouraged. Tele-classes can be delivered as a standalone offering or topics can be customized for organizations and delivered as an ongoing support through monthly delivery.
