Developing Phenomenal Women Leaders

A Woman's Leadership Development Series

This two-day course has been designed especially for women who are ready to make a successful transition from entry level management to senior leadership. Using personal assessment tools, role playing, and case studies, each participant is guided through a leadership discovery process that promotes leadership effectiveness and career advancement.

Leadership Strategies: Participants develop critical leadership behavior needed to lead organizational change and to position themselves for a successful transition to higher levels of responsibility.

Relationship Management: Drawing on the book, Her Corner Office 2nd Edition: A Guide to Help Women Find a Place and A Voice in Corporate America, and case studies that demonstrate the value of building strategic business relationships serve as a guide for understanding the process of identifying, developing and nurturing vertical and horizontal cross functional relationships. Participants gain valuable insight on how these relationships support new ways to accelerate the business.

Emotional Intelligence: Participants gain an appreciation for understanding gender strengths as a key source used to influence others. Specific emphasis is placed on adapting skills that support style flexing.

Communication Effectiveness: Using creative listening techniques, participants are able to practice development of a communication style that generates action and creates buy in for change.
