She is a former senior sales/marketing executive and has held positions at every level of the organization up to the Vice President position. She has managed teams of hundreds and budgets in the billions of dollars. This real life cross functional business experience helps her to truly understand the challenges that you face each and every day.
She is the author of two leadership books, Her Corner Office: A Guide to Find a Place and A Voice in Corporate American and The Hybrid Leader: Blending the Best of the Male and Female Leadership Styles. She has been featured in such prominent media outlets as Diversity Inc., Harvard Management Update and Selling Power Magazine. She also writes for journals, magazines and newspapers across the country.
She is the mother of two and has been married to her husband Mike for nearly 29 years.
