Marketing The Brand Called You!

All of us need to understand our uniqueness and market that uniqueness. Research suggests that women are challenged in their ability to market themselves.  In fact, most women think that as long as they do good work they will get noticed, rewarded and promoted.  Unfortunately that's not the case in the business world.  The truth is this:  people are always formulating perceptions of us all the time;  and if we don't market ourselves someone else is not going to do it for us. Enhancing your leadership presence, strengthening your ability to influence, and persuade, ultimately the impact that you have upon the organization is tied to your ability to market yourself.   This course will give you the seven laws to successfully market your skills and value in an effort to expand your influence, shape your perception, and support your ability to get things done.  Leaders need to be prepared to answer the question, "What two words would people use to describe you?" with confidence and conviction.  You know exactly how to let the world know who you are, what value you offer and why should they care!
